Voice Recorder Pro - Audio K Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Voice Recorder Pro - Audio K records, plays, and manages audio files locally on your device. This policy describes the data handled by the current iOS app and its Apple and Google services.

Audio recordings

Your recordings are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share them using the native iOS share sheet. The app does not upload recordings to servers controlled by the developer.

App settings

Settings such as language, recording preferences, and app configuration are stored locally on your device and are used to provide app functionality.

Subscriptions and purchases

Optional monthly subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The app receives product information and verified transaction or entitlement status needed to complete or restore a purchase and remove ads. Apple handles your App Store account and payment information; the developer does not receive your payment-card details.

Advertising and consent

The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform. It displays a banner when UMP permits ad requests and no active ad-removal entitlement is present. Where European rules apply, the app asks for Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission only after the UMP choices indicate that personalized advertising and Google as a provider have been accepted. Rejecting the European message does not trigger ATT. Outside that scope, ATT may be requested after the privacy check. If you allow tracking, Google may use the advertising identifier (IDFA), IP-derived approximate location, advertising data, product interactions, and related information for personalized advertising and advertising measurement across apps or websites. If you decline, the app remains fully usable and Google Mobile Ads does not receive IDFA or perform that tracking. Google may still process limited advertising, interaction, crash, performance, and diagnostic data to serve ads, operate the SDK, analyze performance, and prevent fraud.

Data sharing

The developer does not receive or sell your recordings. Google may process the advertising and diagnostic data described above; the developer may receive aggregated advertising reports, not your recordings.

Data deletion and control

You can delete recordings directly inside the app or remove app-local data by uninstalling it, subject to backups managed outside the app. You can manage App Store subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Advertising consent choices can be changed through the app's privacy-options entry point when Google requires it.

Support email

If you email support, the developer receives the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. They are retained only as long as needed to answer the request, or longer when a specific legal obligation requires it.

Changes

This policy will be updated when the app's shipped data practices, services, or legal requirements change. The current version remains available on this page.
