Settings, progress, statistics, custom puzzles and hints stay on your device and are not sent to Krazel. Clear game storage or delete the app and its data to remove them.

On iPhone/iPad, Google Mobile Ads and its consent service process IP addresses, approximate location, app- or developer-bounded device identifiers, ad/app interactions and diagnostics when their services are used, for ad delivery, analytics, security and service operation. The game requests non-personalized ads, disables the publisher first-party identifier and does not request access to IDFA or permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Krazel does not receive these advertising records. Google’s policy explains its safeguards, retention and deletion options. When required, the consent form appears before ads are requested; you can revisit Ad privacy options at the bottom of game Settings.

Optional iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple. The app checks Apple-verified subscription transactions on your device to enable the selected plan, remove interstitial ads and manage its monthly hint allowance. Krazel does not receive your payment card details and does not operate an account or purchase-history server for this game. Subscription status and hint-use records are kept locally; Apple retains its purchase records under Apple’s privacy policy. You can restore purchases or manage/cancel a subscription in game Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

The browser game has no subscriptions, in-game payments or Krazel player accounts. Its game progress stays in browser storage. An optional donation on the itch.io project page is handled by itch.io and its payment providers; it does not unlock game features or create a subscription. Google H5 advertising is currently disabled pending provider approval; the current browser build does not load that advertising service.

Hosting may receive IP addresses and browser information. itch.io’s policy applies on itch.io. Sharing sends a puzzle’s title and words through your chosen service. Support reports are public and handled under GitHub’s policy.
